No, you do not need a reservation, but spots are limited and book up quickly. If you do not have a reservation, it will be first come, first serve. To ensure we can see you click here to make a reservation.
We are always here for you! Yes, you can reschedule your reservation at any point and you can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before your appointment free of charge.
If you miss your appointment or cancel within 12 hours of the appointment you will be charged $15 to the payment method you provided during booking.
You will get charged for the service after the service is complete and you checkout.
Right now you cannot book as a group but we recommend booking in advance so you can plan with your crew. We are working on getting the functionality for group bookings soon. Follow us @voltabeauty in Instagram to get the latest updates.
If you want both a hair and makeup service, you have to book each service separately.
It all depends on which service you book so please review the menu closely to understand what you will receive.
Most of our services offer braids, buns or puffs including hair glitter and colorful hair extensions but please review our menu to understand what you will be receiving in your service so you can best prepare.

Yes! Every festival we attend we will sell our VOLTA products on site but in order to get the product before the festival and shipped directly to your house we also offer the same product assortment here on our site.
Yes. Our cosmetics do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are vegan-friendly.
Yes. VOLTA products are NOT tested on animals and is Leaping Bunny-certified cruelty-free.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all US orders $50+ and $5.99 for US orders under $50. Expedited 2 day shipping charges are $24.99.
